  • Each plan covers a set number of hours across the school term.

    • SOAR: 10 hours (1 per week)

    • GLIDE: 20 hours (2 per week)

    • LIFT: 30 hours (3 per week)

    Every hour is a session in Maths, English, or Science. Families choose the subject mix at the start of term.

  • Consistency is key to confidence. A termly structure mirrors the school year and ensures steady progress, without the stop–start pattern of casual tutoring.

  • We understand life happens. Missed sessions can be rescheduled within the same term or into the holidays, subject to tutor availability. We recommend giving as much notice as possible so we can find a time that works. We require 24 hours notice to reschedule the lesson.

  • Yes. If you join mid-term, we’ll adjust your membership fee so you only pay for the remaining weeks.

  • Absolutely. If your child needs more support, we can upgrade your membership and adjust the balance so you only pay the difference.

  • Yes. Each hour is dedicated to a single subject — 1 hour = 1 subject.
    This keeps every student on pace with our carefully designed weekly lesson plans in Maths, English, and Science.

    For example, in a GLIDE plan (20 hours), a student might have:

    • 1 hour Maths each week

    • 1 hour Science each week

    This ensures your child is learning in step with our structured program, while still giving flexibility in which subjects you select for their weekly schedule.

  • Yes — families can book extra lessons at $80 per hour in addition to their term membership. These sessions are ideal for:

    • Revision and exam preparation

    • Practising past papers

    • Focused support on tricky topics

    This way, your child stays on track with their regular membership while getting the extra boost they need before important assessments.

  • All memberships include regular feedback, plus an end-of-term progress update. This highlights your child’s growth and the next steps for the following term.
